Working Process

Cup loading	Cups loading one by one; Pneumatic cylinder control; 2 cups loading holes in one line.
Filling	Easy to open and close for each tank. Piston filling type for each filling head. All parts/tubes in contact with the product are made of SUS-304.
UV sterilization	Sterilize cups and products.
Loading foil	Suck and pick foils by vacuum; Pneumatic cylinder control; 2 silicone suckers.
First sealing	2 copper sealing heads; Temperature is adjustable: 0-400°C; Pneumatic cylinder control.
Second sealing	2 copper sealing heads; Temperature is adjustable: 0-400°C; Pneumatic cylinder control.
Sealed cup pushing out	Finished cup pushed to a small platform.
